Shipping Services & Costs

Standard economy orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Monday to Friday. We aim to ship your orders within 3-5 working days (if this increases due to busy periods, we update you accordingly). Unfortunately, at this moment in time, we only offer shipping to the UK Mainland.
 
Lost Deliveries / Delivery Problems 

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address being provided. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation which includes the shipping address you entered at checkout where you are able to check your details. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible and we will do our very best to amend this for you (if the shipping label has already been paid for and printed, you will incur an additional delivery charge to amend the address). If the parcel has already been shipped, unfortunately it is out of our control to amend this for you. No refund can be given for missing parcels due to an incorrect address.

Handling & Shipping Times

Please allow 5-7 working days after receiving your shipping confirmation email to receive your order. If during this time frame you still have not received your order, please contact us at sales@babybinz.com and we will look in to this for you.
 
Returns

We really hope you and your little ones love our products as much as we do, but if you're not 100% satisfied or change your mind, then we will be more than happy to offer a refund. To be eligible, the glasses must be in a re-sellable condition and in the original packaging. You will have 14 days from the time of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We do not currently accept exchanges. To complete your return please email us at sales@babybinz.com

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally within 5 business days.
 
Return Shipping

To return your product, please email sales@babybinz.com for more instructions on how to and where to return your item(s) to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a signed for or tracked service, and you must obtain proof of postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
